I stayed in a Standard King Room for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is a big plus, right by tram stops for easy access to everything in Cologne. I found the check-out process a bit confusing since I had to wait in line again after paying upfront. it was a pleasant stay with just a few minor hiccups.

The room had a bizarre smell that only went away when the air conditioning was on. I was shocked to find the bathtub uncomfortably high, making it a struggle to get in and out. There was a noticeable lack of hygiene products, including shampoo and body lotion, which I found rather odd for a hotel of this standard.

I had a delightful stay at Mercure Hotel Severinshof Koeln City. The location was superb, just a short walk from the tram station and popular attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite, promptly addressing my needs and providing helpful information about local festivities.

Reception could be better staffed.

I had an amazing stay in a spacious Standard King Room with a cozy atmosphere, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool. The breakfast buffet was a delightful feast with a wide selection, including locally inspired options such as Kolsch beer, which I absolutely loved! The location also made it easy to access multiple tram stations, making exploring the area a breeze.

the location was fine, walking distance of the main railway station and next to u stops. service was friendly and efficient, and our room was a good size, clean and well lit. we also liked the fridge in the room and the option to skip room cleaning for a voucher or donation to plant trees. air con worked well too.

but the decor is a bit out of date and not very stylish which kind of takes away from the overall vibe of the hotel.

I stayed in a lovely room with a balcony, enjoying views of the Cologne Dom. The location was perfect—just a 15-minute walk to the Rhine River and the old city. the breakfast options were quite limited, so I recommend exploring nearby cafes for variety.
